Do I pay online?
No. Orders use cash on delivery. You pay when the package arrives.
How should I store ghee?
Keep the lid closed, in a cool dry place away from sunlight. No refrigeration is needed. Use a dry spoon.
My ghee turned solid — is that normal?
Yes. Ghee firms up and looks more granular when it is cool. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes to soften it.
How long is delivery?
Most Dhaka orders arrive within 1–3 days after confirmation. Outside Dhaka usually takes 2–5 days.
